How to Lose Weight at Home Through Exercise

You must have felt that the most noticeable part of your hefty body is the bulged out abdomen! This is a common problem most of us face. Unfortunately, this is the area that gains faster and loses slower. One exercise that helps in cutting down abdominal fat is abdominal crunch. Squats
After your fat tummy, the next on the list are your butts and things that look ugly due to weight gain. You can shed the extra flab and make them toned and stronger with squats. Squats are of two types: with weight and without weight. If you wish to grow bigger muscles then do squats with dumbbells, or else without weight is fine. But you must be serious about devoting 10-15 minutes a day for squatting if wish to get positive results.
